Craig W. Paterson, B.A., B.Sc., L.L.B., M.A.
Craig received his Bachelor of Law from the University of Alberta in 1994, after completion of his Bachelor of Arts (Sociology), and Bachelor of Science (Psychology).
Craig started off his career working as a Constable with the Calgary Police Service. From this experience, Craig sought to make a difference and decided to pursue a career as a lawyer. As a lawyer, Craig has gained skills in the areas of Criminal Law while working as a Crown Prosecutor.He has also done agency work in the areas of impaired driving, family court, and wills and estates.Craig has also worked as Duty Council for Legal Aid, where he assisted numerous individuals in their initial court appearances. Craig has a keen sense of justice, and is motivated to assist individuals in gaining fairness from the legal system.
Craig’s personal interests are in the areas of history, geography, and sports. He is particularly interested in military history, and thus obtained a Masters in Strategic War Studies in 2004.
Craig has entered private practice and is interested in providing customer focused client specific services.He is a dedicated individual and is excited by the challenges his role will present.

Norman H. Clair, B.A., L.L.B., CD
Norman left military service in order to attend Dalhousie Law School in Halifax Nova Scotia. His first position as a lawyer was with Nova Scotia Legal Aid in Sydney Nova Scotia where he helped persons who where unable to afford legal services and represented them in either for family courts or the criminal courts.
Norman moved to Alberta in 1978 to join the Crown Prosecutors Office in Lethbridge. He ultimately became the Chief Crown in the Hinton Office before returning to Nova Scotia for personal reasons.
Norman has three grown children, one of which now lives in the City of Calgary.
During his Career Norman has spent half of his career as a Crown Prosecutor either in Alberta or Nova Scotia. The other half was spent as Enforcement Counsel for the Nova Scotia Securities Commission. While in Nova Scotia, Norman also worked as a reserve officer with the Judge Advocate General’s Office, the lawyer’s branch of the Canadian Forces.
Now that his family is grown, Norman has returned to live in Alberta. He enjoys small town living and has joined with Craig Paterson in a general practice law to provide legal services to his community and client’s who require assistance with their legal problems whether it be family related or those charged with criminal matters.
In all Norman has over 35 years of legal practice and experience to offer to his clients.
